FACILITY USE & RENTAL

The Conversation Station is available for rental for private parties, one-time or on-going classes, and community groups.

All rental agreements include the facility being left in the same or better condition than it was found.  Exclusive use of main rooms and bathrooms only.  Restricted areas behind swinging doors, curtained areas and downstairs are strictly OFF LIMITS.
   1.  Private parties or one-time events:
           a. Use of all game machines and electrical behind snack bar area.
          b.  $50.00 for the first three hours, $15.00 per hour thereafter.
          c.  $100.00 security deposit (separate check will be returned after inspection).
          d.  Catered meal upon availability (price per person to be determined by menu).
    2.  Regularly scheduled lessons/classes/events:
          a.  Use of agreed upon areas only.
          b.  $10.00 per hour.
          c.  $25.00 one-time, non-refundable scheduling fee, includes calendar & website.
    3.  Community groups/gathering:
          a.  Use of agreed upon areas/machine/equipment only.
          b.  Donation for use of buildings, which may be the following:  help with  
                fundraising, cleaning or maintenance, and/or community service.
